Delivery and Return

Delivery

All orders are shipped from Berlin, Germany.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Methods

We ship with DHL. Estimated delivery times:

  • Germany: 1–3 business days
  • EU: 2–7 business days
  • International: varies by destination

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Customs & Duties

For orders outside the EU, customs duties and taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer.

Liability

Once a shipment has been handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays or loss. Please contact the carrier directly for delivery issues.

Return Policy

General

All items are carefully selected vintage or second-hand pieces. Each item is unique and may show signs of wear. For this reason, all sales are final.

Exceptions

Returns are only accepted in the following cases:

  • The item received is incorrect, or
  • The item has a major defect not mentioned in the description

In these cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at: namva.selection@gmail.com

Include:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos

Return Conditions

If a return is approved:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition
  • The item must be returned within 7 days after approval
  • Return shipping must be tracked

Refunds

Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued within 5 business days to the original payment method.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake.
