Refund policy


All items are carefully selected vintage or second-hand pieces. Each item is unique and may show signs of wear. For this reason, all sales are final.

Returns are only accepted in the following cases:

• The item received is incorrect, or 

• The item has a major defect not mentioned in the description 

In these cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

If a return is approved:

• The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition 

• The item must be returned within 7 days after approval 

• Return shipping must be tracked

• The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and any other return-related charges

• A return handling fee of €15 will be deducted from the refund amount

Refunds

Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued within 5 business days to the original payment method.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake.
